hey guys, have been a stay at home pop for 2 1/2 yrs now, and after stumbling unto this site wish I would have found it 2 1/2 yrs ago :) I look forward to gettin to know you all

A welcome as well. I was lucky as I found this site 2.5 months into my madness. Its helped me feel better about the decision.

the wife saw something about a site in a parents magazine, so I googled stay at home dad, and there you were :)

sorry :oops: didn't mean for that conclusion to be drawn, guess I didn't finish the story, it was a different site but the wife couldn't remember the name at the time, so I googled and found this, then when she told me the other site's name, I checked it out, but this place looked to be a little friendlier... sorry bout that :)

When it comes to Dad sites, I would have to say this one is the friendliest one. Others have some good info, but here you can talk to a variety of Dads easily and quickly..

Well, there are very few that have a lot of traffic and this one you can vent with dads which is quite unique. You can always find information from so-called "professionals" but sometimes you just want to vent with somebody who is going through the same stuff you are.

This is a great place to do it. There are no other forums on the web like this one designed specifically for the Stay at Home Dad!!
