I keep hearing these commercials on the radio about Kodak printers and not paying out the nose for ink.
Well I just went to their website and the cartridges for their printers are $15 for color and $10 for black. Right now I'm paying $45 for a pair on my Canon printer.
Have any of you guys tried the Kodak printers? I'm wondering how well it prints and if the ink is cheaper because it's only half full.

I own one. It's ok. Prints fine, scanner works good enough. The print quality on my HP might be a little better.
But I love that I can go to walmart and buy a color and BW cartridge for $24.99. That's less than 1/2 the cost of the hp cartridges.
If you're using a mac, it was a little tricky to get it set up but customer service was good (well this was 2 years ago) and I actually spoke to someone in the US.

That's pretty good pricing. A round of cartridges for my HP runs about $77. Ouch.

Good enough for me. My next one will be a kodak.
Thanks.
