Currently I have my own web-site which I have created as a means to earn a little extra income. Unfortunately with how busy I am, it has lacked the proper attention it deserves.
Anyway, there is currently a SALE with the company that sells the product to built the site. And trust me any idiot can do it, like myself for instance!!!
The best part about this is that the second site is transferrable, so if you do not want it you could transfer it to someone else and split the cost. And if that doesn't work, I have seen these transferable sites sell very quickly on other public forums.
Here is the link, please be aware that other than the origional link, there is usually another one or two pop ups still promoting this building tool, but I guarantee they are not SPAM in any way.

I won't comment much on this. It's not spam nor all it's cracked up to be :)

Perhaps you could explain the poor experience you must have had with this company to pass judgement. I have had nothing less than a good experience with them.

Never used the company. It's the spin they put on the product, using the Alexa rankings, etc... There is so much more to getting good rankings than just site design.
I am sure their software or online interface is easy to ease and great for the novice. But once that is done there is no guarantee you will get traffic, so many other things you need to do.

How about posting a link to your site that you created with the company, GAYF.

You're absolutely right, there is tons more to getting good rankings than site design. Keep in mind these people are selling a product, and like any business selling a product the bottom line is they want to make $$$, and like any other company they are going to "spin" the best benefits of the product to gain your interest. I think if any of you take some time to read through the sales copy on the link in my first post in this thread, you'll soon realize that Sitesell does not glorfy this as a "get rich quick" idea.
I can attest to that through experience. I've struggled to find time since our second child was born to work on the site, but I'm happy to say that I have two pages ranked in the top 10 on MSN and one page on Jeeves.
It may not sound like a lot, and maybe it's not really, but I'm pretty damn proud of it considering when I started my site I knew little more than how to type, point, click and scroll!!!

Glad it works for you. You have a nice site there. I do my sites the hard way - code em by hand, just like we learned back in the pioneer times (1995).
I do find it amusing though that a company that sells a product to make well-designed and marketed websites has a site that is, well, crap. What a mess that page is! Oh well, guess it's working for them.
