I was gonna say, WOW! Another Don.

You could have just switched in the config to allow change of username and then changed it and then turn the option back off so you can still have Admin functions. Or you can log back in as your Admin name and assign the new one Admin functions. Guess it doesn't really matter. :D

Just as a quick heads up, keep an eye on your memberlist. As the board grows there are some rather unscrupulous folks with hacks. They create members usually starting with punctuation, and put an adult or worse site for a website.
One of the more active boards I'm a member of has maybe 2500 members, and they get about 20 a month that need culling.

the problem is its random. They search for phpbbs and other free forums and then a program creates the user and stats. The admin just has to go in and delete the user account as its created. I doubt this one'll get that problem for a while, but...

Spammers are the lowest form of life. I was hoping to get away from that crap with this new board but were there's a porn site, there's a way. Isn't it a shame that the spammers cost companies millions of dollars every year :evil:

I really dig Gates idea of "charging" 10 seconds of time per email. Wouldn't affect little senders like us, but it would really slow down the big spammers. Not that I like MS... but...
