I know don has a couple work at home ideas on the main page, but I think I may have found a really good home based business. I am in the early stages of it right now, I have been working on this for the past two weeks, and I am a little more convinced that this is a legitimate opportunity if a person worked at it. From what I can tell so far a person that really devoted him or herself to this could do very well for oneself, or if a person only put in a few hours a week, you could very easily make an extra 200-1000 bucks a month. I am still in the early stages now, and there is a small investment that I havent did yet, as I am still really skeptical about anything, but so far this is the best I have found yet.

Let me know what you find and I'll post it. I have one good lead that is still in the research process and no upfront investment. You sell the service, you make a commission straight up ($50 per sale)
if the business requires a web presence, please let me know as I am currently in the business of marketing web sites (I work at nigth, very nice gig) I turn more people on to what I do but there is no guarantee that you will make any money and you have to know how to build websites. I started over 5 years ago and last year wsa the first year I made any "real" money.
We should all chat one night, I think I could monetize some of your ideas, like the home brewing. It probably be very small paychecks but at least it would be on a topic you enjoy.
AHA, now that I'm game for! Chatting about making a bit of money from talking/webbing about homebrew, right on!

it would require some web presence, I really think a person could make some good maoney with this program, but I am going to be the guineau pig, it does require some investment, I will try this out before I tell everyone what it is, that way noone else will lose any money if it is not legit.

if you need a web presence, then you might need to talk to me or Remington. We both have web space and know web design, plus I have some very good tips about search engine rankings. You can always email me with the company as I might know something about them. In my business, I have never once paid to promote a merchants product or service. So if this new opportunity involves selling a product online, be weary. I'm not a "know it all" but when it comes to marketing online I am very knowledgeable.
If the company offers an "out of the box" solution, forget about getting traffic from searches on google, yahoo and other search engines. You would need to do paid advertising. But a custom built web site has a much better chance of getting "natural" searches on google and other search engines.
I am back!
If we do get together on this adventure and all get communicating on how to make some cash....
I can assist with the web building...I have over 300 templates that I use for various projects.
Here is a down and dirty version of some of the templates that my company has. Like I said..down and dirty. I am in the process of getting and creating a new organization for the templates that I have added to the library.

And yes, Steel Networks, LLC is owned by me and my partner. We are just starting out but have some success with it comes to working with some local politicians.
We should start our own little network for cash flow! We all have some expertise in some area.

Allright, an update on this, I paid 9.95 for this training manual to be shipped to me, turns out the company is herbalife. I myself have never heard of it, so I did a bunch of searches on this and found alot of negative stuff. What they called a small investment is 3000 bucks. I read alot of stuff over the last hour on this company, and my conclusion is that if we were able to get into this company in the 80's, we could have made alot of money. Now the market is so saturated with this product that I am not sure if you could give it away. So much for this idea, but I am now looking for the next idea, when I find it, I will let you all know.

Now that isnt to bad of an idea, if we all brainstormed, and put our own experience into ideas, maybe.............

SAHF,
we should talk, I own the domain. EZwebdesign.com and have not been doing anything with it (its a resource for web design and not updated in along time) but your templates might have a good fit.
I have heard of herbalife and thank god you did your research.
The lead I have is selling dentalplans, not insurance but discount services, pays $50 per sign up but the market online might be tough to break into. But locally it might be a nice way to get some cash in your pocket.
I personally run the Kids Music CD program listed on this site and it too has some possibilities.
Guys, I'm in for almost anything we can come up with. You already know our family has treml.org and I'm willing to pitch in webspace etc.
My brother was involved with a site that basically helped nonprofit organizations get tech help nonprofitgeeks i beleive it was.
they'd do the grantwriting and lining up the help, and the nfp's would pay the reduced price while the geeks got full pay...
it is an awesome idea, but it folded. i think he's going to try through his own site too....

I have lots of ideas but since I'm only one man, it's hard to get the time to capitalize on the ideas.
I have lots of web space as well :D

Tony,
We need to get you a website for the home brewing and use you as a guinea pig. I think I might have a merchant that might have some of the supplies you use.
THe key is patience, you make a good content site, does not have to look great either. THen you try to get it spidered by google. Yahoo and other engines, register it a few other places and them hope for some traffic.
Again, the money may never come but you only invest time, not money. I have a little content site that has actually sold close to $50,000 in flooring, commission is only 3% but it helps pay for the extra stuff, like a weekend trip.

Actually we can have many "tests" anyone who wants to give it a try. A good chat session is in order.

Guest, log in!
Chat is indeed in order... problem being time zones and life huh?!?
I'll make every effort to be on if we decide on a time.

We have self propelled lawn mowers. Why not a self-propelled stroller? Guys like gizmos. How about a 10 horsepower gas powered stroller that actually walks itself while we take a nap?
Now that's progress! :D
Who's up for a design contest?
