hi there. I am dad to a beautiful little girl (almost 3). my wife and i have been married for just about 15 years. we currently live in China, where we teach English and my daughter learns Chinese. She is of Chinese birth and we adopted her at the age of 11 months. We will be moving back to the States soon, and have made the decision for me to become a SAHD...needless to say, I am terrified. I have been the principle breadwinner in the family for the past 11 years, and for me to step aside and let my wife assume this role brings many doubts to mind.
glad I was able to find this group, and I look forward to reading much of your insight.
btw, we're also interested in homeschooling our little one, since I am a teacher by profession...just seems like the right thing to do.
