That happened to me once. It turns out the change that I had made to my security level for the browser was preventing me from viewing it. I changed it back and was back in business.

There should be a reset button on the back. Press and hold for 10 seconds or so and then the router should be back to the factory defaults (and probably accessible at an address of 192.168.0.0 or some variant.

I'm assuming you got this fixed, but if not, make sure you're typing the right IP... I think belkin is 192.168.2.1.... many others are 192.168.1.1 unless you changed it.
The other thing you could try is to flush your dns cache. Click start > run and type "cmd" (without the quotes of course) then type
ipconfig /flushdns
Note the space between the "g" and the "/".
It could be that something is hanging up in your dns cache that isn't allowing the ip address to get to the right place.
All else fails, try the reset button as mentioned.. but if you'd made any changes to the admin password or other settings, you'll have to change all that again as it will go back to the factory settings as noted.. :)

Ah, I almost forgot about this. I did resolve the issue through the router, something stupid like rebooting the computer got back the access. Then with the IP I just typed in the number to use then I had to add the physical address to the list in the router to let it through. MAC address perhaps?
Anyway, now I might remember how to get it all to work again if I need to add another machine to the router!
Here I thought I was going nutso.
Thanks for the input!
