Where did my story begin, you might ask?

Last day that I was officially employed, last day of FMLA leave, showed up at work with Alex and said " I shall not return", my boss looks at me and says " your situation is not unique", and walked away. Since I didn't know how to respond to that I just showed off my adorable daughter to the all the more positive supporters and haven't looked back since.

Welcome! Tennessee here and haven't had a good snow since the blizzard of '93. Weatherman says we "might" get some this week, but I doubt it. I love snow so much, but I'm not gonna move..

I grew up near the biggest baddest sledding hill outside of Buffalo, NY. Ahhh that was FUN. Nothing like that here. But then again, snow's been mighty scarce this winter. We are having yet another torrential rainstorm.

Us too. Rain, not a flake of snow left on the ground and 51 degrees today. The lawn thinks it's spring and is greening up already. Weird.

I thought the fumes from the diaper depository were getting to me when what was flying outside the window? MOSQUITOS ugh. Hope they all hatch and freeze. Sighting was a few days ago.
