The task manager on the XP seems to have gone screwey. When I open it I only get the CPU useage graphical frame. No pull down menu's or tabs to the othere sections. Anyone know why?

that's odd :???: I haven't the foggiest, reboot and see if it is just the operating system acting buggy.....

yep. try a good ole'fashioned reboot. And see if it's back to normal.

Did that, nope! Searched the web for any clue... nope.

does anyone know of a forum site like this one for posting PC - XP questions?

:???: I've never heard of that with task manager, interesting though, glad you got it figured out....
