As most of you know, I've got a somewhat challenging task of meals and as Leah gets older it'll get worse. I've got one peanut allergy and one milk allergy.
I've also got two adults who are a bit ...thicker than they ought to be. So, my challenge to you is point me to recipes that are relatively easy, mostly milk free (or substitutable) and good as well as good for you.
Any ideas? We both know our way around the kitchen, but I'd rather not spend an hour preparing dinner every night. If it keeps or can be frozen thats cool too. We've done stew and veggie soup but that gets old quick.
