geo trax from JC Penny

Hey all,

Got the GeoTraxx that was on special from JC Penny & it is missing several tracks & one car. We were able to get a small circle going & the kids love it. Anyone else have the missing parts experience? I'm going to call Fisher Price Monday & ask them to send replacements. I'll let you know what they say.

Fischer Price is very good at replacing things, they'll probably e-mail you a shipping label and have you send your stuff to them and they will cross ship the new to you...

yeah they ask for some numbers on the bottom of either the train or whatever and send ya the stuff. hit toys r us with my mother yesterday, she bought the clock tower and ramps set for the little man for his bday.

did they ask you guys to crossship? this last time with the fire truck when it died they sent me a shipping label and asked me to send the defective one back....

i have never had any issues yet with my stuff though i did try to ummm.... acquire an X piece saying a little white lie :lol:
