Where has everybody gone to???

I dont have anyone to talk to today on here, Tony, you really need to find a way to post more often, as noone else seems to be on here, except louis, and we have been chatting back and forth for the last couple of days, I have been on a roll yesterday and today, everything around the house is done, and I have nothing to do for the next few hours until I have to start cooking this candlelight dinner for my wife. I am going to try to make this night unforgetable for her, I have a six pack of the Honey apricot pale ale that I brewed 6 weeks ago left for her, it is an awesome beer, just a little to carbonated for me, but she loves it. Next time I make it, if I bottle it, I am going to use a little less priming sugar, as it is carbonated like champagne in my opinion.

Thats what I was feeling like an hour ago, I was all amped up to reply and get the silly board overloaded with my posts, and no one was here! :)
aaah well, Val's home so I got a second to check before we run to the store.
you know what I did with a scottish light that had too much carb? Popped the top and recapped right away. Sounds goofy and very unscientific, but it worked! Oh, get grolsch type bottles, much easier too!

That is what I need some grolsch type bottles, then at least I wouldnt be gping throught a bunch of caps for this batch, but once you pour it, and let it settle, then pour the rest, this is a damn good beer. But I am prejudice, I have enjoyed even the worst beers I have made.

Have fun at the store, and buy something to play with. I cant go to walmart without searching the toy aisle for something for me and my kids to play with. Water rockets last time, I rigged them up so that they would shoot up another 50 ft at least. We lost both of them needless to say. But we had fun shooting them off the first time.
