View Full Version : For The Grill: Thunder Thighs

Marinate a bunch of chicken thighs in a freezer bag in the fridge with 1/2 a cup of soy sauce, 1/2 a cup of sriracha (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sriracha) (thai hot sauce) and a dash of sesame oil for about 2 hours.

Grill, covered, over indirect heat for 40 minutes or so, turning every 10 minutes.

Spicy!

I love spicy food, before the wife I spiced up everything, but the wife can't handle it, so basically I'm shit outta luck :(
