We've not settled on a name for this one yet, Val wants to, but I'd rather meet the little lass first.

She's now scheduled 3 days earlier than projected, but delivery dates are hardly ever adhered to anyway, and its ball park!
Under budget?!? dang, heck no, house renovations and all that just to make us happy, not to mention satisfying that nesting thing ...
