1 can rotel tomato's-diced
1 can enchilada sauce
1 or 2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp garlic salt
4 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup jalapenos
Stir well.
I actually doubled the jalapenos, and put in in the food processor and pulsed it a few times to reduce the pinwheel jalapenos and tomato's a bit, and OHHHHH BABY......I let it sit a couple of days and it actually gets better....Thanks Chopper:pals:
