It sure is difficult to find other stay home dads, so I've been searching the internet and found this site. All day I get to have conversations with a 4 kids, and no adults. This may not make for conversation, but at least I can interact somehow.
Just recently my wife and I decided that I would stay at home with the kids. My day starts out with 1, our 2 year old foster child, then my 3 year old at 11:22 after preschool, then my 5 year old at 12:02 after kindergarten, then my 7 year old at 4:10 after school.
The reason I stay home, other than for the kids, is a long story, but comes to several points, day care is expensive, the house is completely chaotic, with both of us working full time, and the kids are craving attention, in the driving me crazy type of way.
Well that's the short of it, but it still felt good to tell this to anyone else out there. :?
