View Full Version : Good day
I just thought I'd share with you guys, I had a really good day. We had lots of laughs, she was a doll through the stores, good nap and no tantrums (for being almost 2, I think thats pretty good).
Its days like these that make me incredibly grateful that I'm at home with her.
Hope you all have good days too!
Cheers

Glad someone had a good day :)
Been a bad week, number two was sick friday saturday, number one was really sick sunday and has sore throat since monday, not eating much. He missed school on monday and off to the doctors today. Dang attorny has been delaying the closing on our new home, closing tomorrow hurray! My back has been really sore since the home run slide in vomit sunday night and now the old knee is hurting as well. Need beer to dull the pain
Should be a good weekend after all is moved to the new house, very excited to be moving to a new place.

Less or more yard work?
I'm getting tired of my acre of grass I've gotta cut.
Ever since I started staying at home I thought that I would have more time for yard work. Only have time on weekends now

Yard just a bit smaller, nice size, .58 acres. No landscaping yet, its a new house and the lawn was just seeded. I do have a riding mower.

Just finished watching debates - of course I'm bored!
Speking of a bored, not even Waldo is awake tonight...
However, J. did inspire to think of this new twist of an old favorite...

Post some pictures of the new place. Good luck with the move.
Yeah, our new place has a mondo yard, with like an acre of grass to mow. (Our old place made a postage stamp look small.) But I have found a guy to cut it cheap, and it is the best money I have ever spent. He's got one of those huge professional mowers, and is done in a fraction of the time it would take me. Awesome. I grew up mowing our 2 acres of lawn on a riding mower, and swore never again. :)
