Hey,
Just found the site, been wondering if there was such a place. I am a 46 year old second time Dad, I have a 21 year old son from my first marriage. Wasn't as involved at this time of my childs life the first time around and am enjoying being a sahd. Still getting used to it all, you know the way it works with the wife and society etc. Anyway, just wanted to say hi.

Let's face it though, at 46 you're not the pup you used to be. :wink: Nevertheless, by just being there has so much impact on your child's life, anything extra you can pull out of your bag of experience will benifit both.

I've got a si-l who at 30 married a 50 yo man. The first time he picked his kid up from pre-school they mistook him for the G'pa. :oops:
