View Full Version : Guess he wasn't ready to get out
After lunch yesterday I went to get the kid out of his high chair. I took the tray off and stored it and then proceeded to unbuckle the safety belt. No sooner than I had it undone than the rug rat grabbed the belt and resfastened it, and then gave me the same smile he does when he gets into things he knows he shouldn't.

That is funny! You think he was still hungry?

Wow that's classic. I wish my daughter would do that These days my 15 month-old has become an escape artist in her high chair. She actually wormed her way into standing the other night...thankfully I spotted her before she attempted a swan dive to the floor.

I doubt it, not with as much as he ate.
My son is a big one on "how does that work". You name it and he want to figure out how to work it. We often refer to him around here as "our little problem solver".

:)
Around when she turned two, my daughter liked to climb in her high chair and buckle herself in repeatedly. Unfortunately she couldn't undo the buckle so there was usually a "Daddy, get me down!" soon thereafter. ;)

Ok whats your seceret.
I have to fight each and everytime I feed both my kids.
They love snacks but when it comes time to sit at the dinner table and actually eat a meal its a battle.
My son used to eat anything and everything now he copies his sister.
