I have an iPod video, too, and love it! What program are you using to convert your videos?

I'm a Mac guy and recently bought a program called TubeSock that downloads and converts videos from YouTube. They can be converted to Mac or iPod format and placed directly into iTunes. It's great for downloading live music videos that people legitimately (cough, cough) place on YouTube!

I use Videora. It works really well and even suggested a program to decrypter to "unlock" my DVD's so I can convert them and play them on my ipod video. There was even online tutorials that were a help to read.

I just grabbed PodTube for the Mac which is a freeware app that lets you grab YouTube videos and automatically converts them. After loading up a clip in YouTube I instantly clicked the "Get Video" button which autmatically downloads, encodes for iPod and adds the clip to my iTunes playlist.. Plays fine too.. nice ..
