Forum Features

I'm starting a :new: forum(no not for sahds) and was wondering what features about this and other forums do you like/dislike. Obviously some features are gear to specific groups but some aren't, I really like the idea of the arcade, come hang out, bitch about your day and play games, can't beat that, and it's free*
So what features do you like about this and other forums? If you want to share about other forums please include their site so we can see.

Try phpbbhacks.com for some mods, i think that is where I found the arcade mod.

I think I told you before, but if there is anyway you can pay the 160 for vbulletin, do it. It's so much easier to mod and to install extras. Well worth the money :)

Seriously, the quick post is nice, as is the jump drop down on the bottom and "last posts" search. I probably use the last posts link most often.

Don-dad, Does vbulletin use mysql as a backend? While it may not matter to the average board owner, I do like the fact that my isp gives me shell access to the server, and I can go in and manually interact with the database (via command line), but I use phpbb and don't know much at all about vbulletin.
