Hey guys,
I have a bunch of ribs leftover from a party we threw a couple of weeks ago. I had them frozen, but "recooked" them in the slow cooker with some potatoes. I still have a lot of them though and the family it tired of ribs. I'm looking for creative suggestions on how to incorporate the meat into some other kind of meal. I thought maybe a pasta sauce, but would like any ideas you guys might have.

hmm, you could use some of the meat in a chili, or perhaps pulled pork sandwiches....You can probably add it to a tomato sauce, it would be a little different than your typical meat sauce but probably would be a nice change of pace...
How about this.
Pull the meat off the bone, dice in some onions and green peppers, favorite bbq sauce, and make some yummy pulled pork/beef bar-b-que sandwiches. Put it in the crook pot in the morning and let it simmer all day.

both Jim's and Jeff's ideas are great ones. They beat me to it!
You could also chop up the ribs and just dump into some baked beans.

What are left over ribs? Shame on you. The worst case scenario is to finish them off the next day with a brew or two.

Used to love a rib sub with onions and ...I forget. And lots of BBQ sauce.

Mark,
I had a lot of ribs for a big party. There were a lot leftover, so we froze some, but the wife and kids got tired of them.
Thanks for all the suggestions. I pulled the meat and have it simmering on the stove in some BBQ sauce. Yum!
