Recipe idea needed

Ok, i know i can look online but figured I would try the vast stores of knowledge here. It seems I would be making coconut shrimp this coming mothers day and would like a side dish to go with. So suggestions would be appreciated.

I know Louis will prolly have ideas for a caribbean side dish so here goes!
