Slept really lousy last night, this morning, didn't finally drop off until 430am or so, never heard the wife leave, or my daughter, who usually comes in my room when she wakes up, my son wasn't in any hurry to get out of his room either I guess, and my door was open all night too.
When I looked at the clock and saw it was 10:00, and how bright my room was, I was like, "man, it can't be THIS late, can it?", but it was. Came down to find my daughter had lined up her animals, cars, on the desk, and had been reading books since she was up. My son had not exceeded his diaper, so that was good as well.
Just couldn't get into sleep mode last night, and no, I wasn't drinking either, we don't maintain a booze supply.
Probably had about 4 hours of decent sleep out of that, maybe a sleep-aid tonight to back on track.
