Quick snack last night...
Use chicken 'tenders' or tenderloins, if not use breasts but cut into strips...

The sauce - mix and heat. I couldn't find my usual 'spicy peanut' one but I added some heat....

Flattened out - not really necessary with the tenders would be with the breasts...

Grill over low-med heat. They are thin and delicate, no need to kill 'em.
