My company, Nexpert News, is doing a segment on father's day and stay at home dads. I'm trying to find out from as many stay at home dads as possible what three things they would most want to receive as gifts for father's day this year. I'm also trying to find out the most popular stay at home carreers for dads. Please email me any responses you can give me as soon as you can at danielle@nextpert.com.
Thanks,
Danielle Rocco

Now that would be nice!
I wouldn't know what to do with myself!
I'm afraid I'd need a taxi by the end of it, there's two brew pubs in the area and a number of bars with hard to find beer or completely freakin' awesome burgers for dirt cheap (aka Anchor burgers for those of you in the know)...
Good beer is hard to find at a family establishment, ya know?

I got last Saturday off AND my wife drove me and some friends to the local feer bestival! I mean, BEER FESTIVAL. My wife is so cool!
I read a book where the author was telling about his family and the best gift he ever received. He got a 7 day pass. That's right: one entire week to do whatever he wanted. That's not only a cool idea but a really cool wife, too!
ooooooooobeerfest.... oooooooooo *imagine that in a homeresque voice*
There's one happening up here in September and I've been asked to volunteer to help the brewers (=free admission) and represent the homebrewers of the area.
I get all jittery just thinking about it... hobnobbin' with proffesionals! "Hey, what hop profile did you use" "why" "yeast?" "grain bill?" "why"
How do I... how do I...
eeeeheheheheee can't wait... and I've been given the ok already to attend from my wife (who will be almost 8months along by then)

I think I would like to have a day out of the house with the family where I can relax. Maybe at the park with family and friends. At the park the wife would not be allowed to tell me to do anything such as: "Go get the kids". While we are out have someone clean the house top to bottom including windows and laundry and have the yard edged and mowed. She could have a family member do this or pay someone. No presents please! The only presents I want are at the hardware store and are costly- I would only feel guilty for getting expensive gifts. Come to think of it if I recieve a gift that my son made with his own imagination that would be really cool. Maybe a gift my son picked out with no influence from adults that also requires he and I do something together in order to enjoy the gift would be really great.
