Had some at a graduation party and just got the recipe...this stuff is GREAT...
2 (8 oz) bricks of cream cheese
2 chicken breasts -- boiled and shredded with forks
1 bottle of bleu cheese dressing (extra chunky) -- preferably Marie's dressing
Insanity hot sauce (at Meijers)
Celery (about 3 - 4 sticks) -- chopped
Put cream cheese in microwave for 2 - 3 minutes till hot.
Add shredded chicken, bleu cheese dressing, celery and mix.
Then add hot sauce (add as much or as little as you want -- this hot sauce is very hot so you have to decide how spicy you would like the dip)
Put in oven proof bowl. Add shredded cheddar cheese and slices of pepper jack cheese. Put in oven at 350 till cheese meets.
