I have Comcast and it is working fine. What problems are you having? Most of the time I have trouble with Comcast it is their DNS servers. I change to another DNS server and it works fine.

Been having trouble with there DVR boxes. Have gone through 3 in the last 6 months and have had my dvr erase around 8 times in the that time. Just started to get into some shows and then the second week into the new season bam it is gone. I was pissed. I can't get anything that will compare to what I have now for the price I am paying. Just going to have to suck it up and deal with it.

I haven't had any issues since Verizon FIOS moved into the neighborhood. Comcast really stepped up their game and picture quality has improved and my connection speed has tripled. Hell, I needed to get a new modem and their support people were even helpful. Competition is wonderful.

Jeffus,
If you are talking about cable, then yes I am having some problems. The HD channels seem to studder some times or the picture gets all F'd up. This usually happens at the worst times during a show or game. I can turn to the non-HD version of the show and all is fine, minus a shitty picture.

They just rolled out a new portal page on cable internet. It's not working out too well for some people. Me included.
It loads the top third of the page and the bottom third and leaves the middle blank.
I was wrestling with. Finally checked their support forum and yup, problems...
Just curious if it was local or national.
