Hello All,
Great Site and I am glad that it is available. I am a SAHD and left a good job (wife's is much better) back in March of last year to take on the task of twins. We were blessed in June with Connor and Sophia. We also have a 5 1/2 year old daughter, Lauren. They are a joy, but if I did go back to a "real" job, I would feel like I was on a vacation! THis is the best thing that I have ever done, and is far more important than what I used to do.

By the way, are there any other SAHD's of young twin's that go to the store (Target or Grocery, etc.) and have all the ladies walk up to you and say "Are you here all by YOURSELF??!!!" or "Where's your WIFE?" :o
Just Curious...

Hi Bill,
I have twins that were born last June as well ( Henry & Libby). When I take the kids out I don't get the "where's the wife?" reaction you described but doing errands with the twins is always a circus. People seem compelled to offer unsolicited comments and/or advice. God bless 'em though and our kids are over the top cute so the attention is understandable.
Sometimes I feel like meeting my public but my wife hates all the fuss. We went to Costco the other weekend and were practically swarmed. We find that the best policy is for one of us to stay home while the other does the necessaries unencumbered. It's great to regain your anonymity and perform daily tasks without being accosted.
Regards,
SC
