Simple Pizza Sauce...

One 28 ounce can of crushed tomatoes.
2 TB Red Wine Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste

Optional:

Crushed Garlic Cloves
Basil or other herbs....

Mix together in a bowl and use on pizza.

I can dig it. I like my pizza sauces with not too many spices. Just seems fresher that way, the tomatoes 'pop' more.

I bet this would make a good pizza margherita.

Add a little BEER... I made a very simple one with a little beer mixed in... Mmmmm... Once it is cooked the ALC is gone...
