which nero is the free one?

Here? (http://www.nero.com/enu/downloads.html) It's the a trial version, good for 15 days. That's probably it for free unless you torrent it.

Well the newer versions of it use a code checked online. So once you install it does the online check. There are ways around that if you have the code, except the code checks you last install. My BIL and I have it and he bought it. When I used the code it asked why I was installing again. The answer "New Computer" Then when he updated it it asked him the same thing, "System Reinstall" It probably would not work with more then a couple people...

The other thing I have always wanted to try with trials is resetting the PC Date and Time after a few days to see what it does...

i ended up using v8.3.2.1, cause i found a serial for it. =)
