This is really quite useful. You enter whatever ingredients you may have to hand and it starts spitting out recipes using them. It suggests other stuff that may be complementary and you can drill down as far as you like. I thought it was a bit of a gimmick the first time I tried it but it works pretty well. Useful on those nights when you open the fridge and it's like: "OK, a pork tenderloin and some loose carrots, what the hell am I going to do with that?"

My favorite combo so far. Beer + beefsteak + Bisquick. That'll take you far!

wow, that's wild. I just brought this idea up to my wife at dinner tonight, "what if I created a website where you plug in the ingredients you have on hand and it tells you what to make". I swear to God. It's something I've thought about before, but brought it up tonight cuz we have nothing good on hand.

I'm not the entreprenurial (sp?) type, but this was one idea I thought was good. Looks like someone beat me to it.

That is a good idea. Find a need and fill it. "Mr. Copperbottom".
