Well
I used to have more then 20,000 MTG cards, but before my 7yo was born sold them ALL for a hefty profit. I had the POWER 9...
Well most of those cards are really expensive, but what I am looking for is unwanted commons, uncommons and the like. I am not looking to spend a fortune, but would pay to have them shipped.
With all the card now online it is easy to make really nice PROXIES of the really expansive cards. The whole reason I want them is to introduce the game a bit more to my 7yo... He like Pokemon (Thanks Chuck) and I was thinking about upping the difficulty a bit...
So if you have some collecting dust let me know...

Provided you stay in one piece for the next month, you can just look at my inventory and binders when you come up.

My stuff is 3rd edition and revised through Ice Age, including all the booster sets, with some late edition reprints of old stuff.
It might make it easier to bring a list that contains the basic information, what sets contained which cards, their commonality, and so on. Easier to sit at a table with the cards and have a printed list, (my printer doesn't work).

This is the stuff I am looking for... The Unwanted stuff...
I used to work in a card shop and just after I got married I sold my collection of good stuff and gave away the rest. I was fed up with the power gaming and the fact no game went by with a good sport...
Woodchuck that UNLIMITED stuff the stuff before Revised is worth a MINT... Actually a bunch of the revised banned cards are worth a ton...
I sold my Power 9 cards (Black Lotus, 5 Mox's, Time Twister, Time Walk, Ancestral Recall) for a TON a dozen year ago. I think in the end I CLEARED well over 5K for the good stuff. That however left THOUSANDS of other cards no one cared about...

You are going to laugh when you flip through my playing decks, novice players would probably smoke me.
Time Twister, Time Walk, Ancestral Recall, have them, believe a few of each, no Mox's or Black Lotus though. It's all pretty well cataloged, so it won't take you long to go through.

It's doubtful that I have any cards that would bring big dollars, but I'll let you surprise me.

I have a crapload of cards (like, storage boxes full) going back to around the Ice Age, 4th edition and nearby eras, but you would need to either add a few hours north of Woodchuck's place when you visit or let me know how much you actually want to spend on shipping.
Any specifics on what types you are looking for? I know you want "unwanted", but any themes, etc?

I will be up that way in Early August... We spend time in St Germain then travel north into the YouPer...
I am looking basically for anything anyone wants to part with. I am just not looking at buying individual cards. Shipping is not a big deal, but if I am in the area we could make a day of it too...

Most stuff from the Unlimited is $.49-$10.00 BUT
Worth HUNDREDS!!!
Time Walk
Timetwister
Ancentral Recall
All the MOX's
Black Lotus
Then in Revised the original Double Lands are $15-$20
Over all there are really only a hand full of cards that are worth too much effort.
For me I am just looking to find bunches of the stuff to have fun with my kids. I plan on printing PROXIES of all the big cards for fun.

I've always been curious about that game but never tried it out.
Now from the sidelines it looks to be too big to start now, too much to catch up on if you know what I mean.

Magic The Gathering is the First TRUE Custamizable Card Game. You are basically Dualing Wizards with Decks of Cards that represent your Spells. he deck contain 60 cards and each player has 20 points. Using spells and summing creatures you try to get your opponent to 0...
The game is a Collectable Card Game and here are Booster Packs and Started Decks that you can buy to get more cards...
