Down 1lb to 199, nice to see the 100's again :icon_lol: I think It would have been less if I did not eat the 8 homemade cookies my wife brought home yesterday. :icon_redface:

I'm loving the graphs so far. Maybe you can represent each lb. lost with a little jpeg of, um, an actual lb. of fat? Or would that be too gross? :icon_lol:

Been walking the treadmill daily, up to 45 minutes. Tracking calorie intake, boosting protein, minimal carbs. Advice of a free personal trainer I earned in an essay contest, lucky me!

I love the charts and graphs - I am not "weighed" in since I have a weight gain goal - But I did figure I would make an official report -
Since 11/6 I have gained 8 pounds - I am not that excited about the 8 part but ........ 6 of those pounds are lean body AKA - muscle! And that is exactly what I am looking to add.
I am now at 160 (naked weight) with 11.4% body fat - My next goal is to drop that body fat to < 10.0% while keeping weight at 160 .....
