backing up ipod touch?!?

anyone have a clue if thats possible. i know syncing it saves the music movies and photos but what of the data like contact lists etc. any clue??

Who is your wireless proovider? If it is Verizon, contacts can be updated and stored by Verizon for free.

If you have Outlook on the pc, it should sync-up with that. My now 'classic' iPod does. Both contacts and calendars too.

I think all you have to do is iCheck the iBox in iTunes.
