Up 1.5 lbs. from last week. I consider that a victory considering I did not work out much this weekend with guests in town since Thursday and leaving today. Mucho eating and drinking!! I do not regret that second helping of Aunt Nancy"s Lasagna last night. Time to get back on track though.
