I havent weighed in as often as you all. I have glad to see that the charts are dropping and that weight is being lost.

Not lost track -- but not losing any pounds, either. :eusa_whistle:
For the record...
Start: 195 lbs.
Week 2: 194 lbs.
Week 3: 192 lbs.
Week 4: 193 lbs.
Week 5: 191 lbs.
Week 6: 192 lbs.
Week 7: 194 lbs.
Week 8: 192 lbs.
This week: 193 lbs.
191.5
Finally down a little. I'm still plugging away but have been knocked off track with a few colds lately. I'm hoping it will improve now with those being done. Until the next one, I suppose.

I like the thread also. It is enough of a reminder that I don't completely slack off during the week when it is so easy to do. I was doing great for awhile, but got off my routine. But, I always manage to do enough to not let things get out of hand. Back in October I was pushing 270 and I can't let that happen again.

I was really into it at first and working at it consistently. Then I realized I need to 'bank' as much sleep as possible at this point and a few extra pounds might come in handy as we try to survive newborn bliss. :icon_wink:
So, I'm a quitter. There. I said it.
Keep up the hard work gentlemen! :chugchug:
