I'm one of those guys who can't gain weight for anything. I hover at 155-165 and really don't change. I did manage to break through that when I was in the service to about 175 but that was a wash rinse repeat cycle of eating and working out to extremes. I am giving up on the bulking up workouts and going straight to fitness. I won't be massive but at least I will be respectable come beach season. And I just officially sounded like a woman. Crap.

In week two of Insanity and it is starting to get a bit easier. Hard on my quads more than anything but we shall see. Anyone else try this?

That's the one without the pullup bar and stuff, right? Looks interesting for sure. I'm too round yet to pull that off.

My wife has it, but hasn't done much of it. Hard with no time. Maybe I'll give it a go sometime.

I would think doing insanity would make you drop weight, not gain it. You'll be super ripped :)

I've done some p90x and tapout xt. I believe insanity workouts are a bit shorter but a more intense workout.

I need to get back into some of those type of workouts. They do kick your ass.

I've got P90X sitting in the same spot I put it when I got it months ago. I'm trying to build up small before I get to it. A buddy of mine who is well versed in this stuff recommended for me to do the p90 before insanity so I don't hurt myself. For now it is the elliptical.
