gym membership
I started this morning on my "get back in shape" plan, it was good, going to planet fitness, fairly cheap monthly and equipment is good. I'm keeping myself upbeat on this as I need to lose some weight and get back into shape, wife and daughter are betting I quit soon

nice...good job! I'm back at it myself as I've REALLY let myself go this Fall. Went from 3 weeks away from a half marathon to being eyeball deep in school work in no time flat. That meant spending all my time sitting and reading rather than running/lifting.

It can be done though, I just didn't make it a priority. I still have another 3 weeks before school starts so I figured if I start now it'll be habit again by then so I just gotta maintain it...keep it a priority.

I don't even bother mentioning it to anyone anymore. I just get up at 4 go run or lift and am home by 6, before anyone even gets up. As far as food goes, I do all the shopping and cooking anyway, so if they don't like what I get/make they can fend for themselves!

Good luck Sao. The only way I can be consistent is to have the equipment home. Get a good workout in in about an hour. Been on a pretty good run lately. Down about ten pounds and pushing my heaviest weight. Folks are starting to notice. Keep us posted Sao.

my legs and abs sent me a note, it said "I fucking hate you" lol, seriously sore this morning though. but ran mile and a half today with an upper body workout. In at 5 and out by 6, should fit into my schedule once school begins as well.

just a few days so far and I've felt better in general, not as run down as I was feeling. Plus I really enjoy just having a place that is all mine and all about me. I enjoy going in in the morning as it's my time. My abs are still so sore from Monday I can't do a cruncher at all.

lost around 5 pounds so far, today got up to 2.5 miles, feelin good!!

it was hard to go this morning as hadn't went for several days and school today as well, but I made it, once it becomes more of a routine and once the snow goes I think it'll be easier
