Lol. I have pleasant memories watching friends noobie waddle to the toilet followed by a loud yelp. Been there, done that.

In terms of falling on your ass, it's due to lack of ankle mobility and/or hamstring flexibility. In my case, it's both. Both of those things are fixable, but they take a while.
