I keep thinking about starting at the gym. I have a membership, but it's the last thing I think of in the morning when I drop my girl off at school. I just need to buckle down and do it.

I'm at a 34" waist, 6'2" and hover between 195-200 lbs. Got more pounds than I want really. I don't mind being at 190 or even 195, but want it to be all muscle. I'm overall pretty good aside from my Molson muscle.
Big Dog (8), Little Dog (6) and baby Princess (4). 3 is enough!
