Gettysburg is far...like 2-3 hours far. If he's never been to a reenactment Valley Forge has a group that gets together every weekend in the summer for some mild reenacting. Maybe test his interest there and then stop on by our place for some hot dogs and hamburgers.

yeah i know gettysburg is 2+ hours, no different than traveling back to nyc.. minus the familial nutcases. it was something i thought might be cool for a day, though with the wedding planning and the other crap going on who knows if time will allow for a get away.

have to drive to harrisburg on tuesday to take a test for my drivers ed license. =/

Really? Wow. I think I just took mine at one of those license places in a strip mall in Lancaster. That sucks...that's a haul. Harrisburg is a nice town though...lots of nice little restaurants. Every year we say we're gonna go to the Farm Show but never make it.

Good luck anyway.

Edit: Didn't read it right...Drivers Ed. That makes sense. Double good luck then.
