I've been really stupid the last couple weeks, I noticed I've been snacking almost every time I went into the kitchen. My particular downfall is almonds. Lightly roasted, lightly salted, handful at a time. Mmmm.
Now, I grab a glass of water instead. Hopefully it'll start working out better for me.

well, last week I was at 217, this week im at 220. I cant seem to stay below this. grrrr

Cant wait for the nice weather so i can get my bike out.

I love almonds too. I just bought a box of 100 calorie packs at BJ's. They are dark chocolate roasted and I keep to one pack a day.

From my weigh in Monday and then again Tuesday, I saw a 2 l pound difference, maybe Wednesdays are better
