Default Black Bean brownies

kids liked it. didn't tell them about the beans,

15.5 ounce can of black beans, drained and rinsed
3 tablespoons of oil (we used canola)
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 pinch salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 chocolate chips

preheat the oven to 350 - lightly grease the baking dish (we used 11x7, i think)

in a food processor or blender, combine beans, eggs, oil, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla, sugar, and baking powder.

blend until smooth, pour into baking dish.

sprinkle with chocolate chips

bake for about 30 minutes
