Ah yes, the beer episode.

I have to admit I'm something of a neophyte when it comes to just drinking beer, never mind brewing it myself (I'm the guy that asks the server "What's your sweetest beer?" ), so I wouldn't know where/how he got it wrong.

Suffice to say, I've never served or eaten something inspired by one of his recipes that wasn't at worst not liked that much due to personal preference (e.g. beans in chili, ribs needing to be grilled, etc.). I trust the man's recipes like I trust Pixar's ability to make a great movie out of a seemingly boring premise.

Yeah, it would be a good idea for him to revisit that topic after several years of experience with the show. He has a new book coming out that covers the first few seasons; we'll have to see what he has to say about that one.

The chicken curry pot pie is a good one. Fall is coming and that's a perfect dish for cool weather!
