Amazing how "cooperative" the troops get when given the choice between oral or "suppository"...

So, turkey burgers for breakfast, water, and vitamins...

You could try what my wife does: Iron pill at night before bed. 5 capsules of Psyllium fiber with breakfast every morning.

Okay, this happened with my wife as well. A serving of dried prunes a day did the trick - I think it was five or six. It made everyone happy.
