Yes, but my tagalog is extremely limited.

My kids are 1/2, but I don't know the language. Family on that side lives in Davao City.

Both my parents are Filipino but I don't speak the language. My wife does, though.
My friends make fun of me, telling me I'm the whitest person they've ever met (I'm dark skinned).
