Default Wii u

So have had the since December and used it a few times. So far it isn't that great, and the fact that you can have only one of the new controllers sucks.

Yeah, the WiiU isn't doing so hot. Third parties (EA, Activision, Ubisoft etc) have all but abandoned it. Apparently there's some good Nintendo games coming out for it though around the holiday. It's just in the middle of a bad software drought.

Either way, Nintendo will support it, even if other companies don't.

I enjoy some wii games and the kids like it, but the wii U didn't appeal to me. Looked a bit silly and boring. I would like to play Mario on it though. Still, I'd rather not play on a wii and instead play on an Xbox. Me and the kids.

Can't wait. One XBOX is all I need. Or two. I have plenty of other systems around, but my 360 is about all I'll play. Never will I play PS. Never!!! I do enjoy the odd wii game or DS game with the kids.

Gears of War FTW!

My kids like the U. It wasn't a huge upgrade, but not bad. The problem, as noted, is the lack of kid-friendly titles in this software drought. Super Mario is really cool, but the Pikmin was backed up another eight months, around the same time that the new Kart *might* be ready. Bad planning, imo. We'll stick with it because it's right for my kids, compared to other systems.
