Apparently mild/moderate sleep apnea, 7.5 on the scale. My septum is deviated, which affects my breathing, and my tongue is "high arched" also affecting my breathing at night. Options:
1) CPAP machine, will improve my breathing through my nose. 2) Dental device, more expensive, but will get my tongue out of the way. 3) Septum surgery...yeah, like to avoid that. I'll eventually be well enough to stick with a regimen.

Wow BenSr, sounds fun. I do the cpap and a $25 OTC mouthpiece, for grinding but also helps with sleep breathing. If I could get away with doing only one of the two above, I would just do the mouthpiece.
Getting solid sleep matters. I used to fall asleep driving and had one heck of a time maintaining my weight with my sleep apnea. Afterwards, I feel more energized and actually awake when I wake up in the morning. Good luck with whatever you go with. I hope you get some restful sleep soon.

Thanks. To top it all off on the sleep deprivation, my two youngest have suddenly become the lightest of sleepers, and I found a lump on my right testicle. Got to my doctor right away who recommended an ultrasound, which I called right away to set up, so that's today. Probably nothing dangerous, but until that's confirmed, I'm going to be all wound up.
As for exercise, I had to pack out a bunch of pipe at work Friday night, as well as plenty of shoveling this weekend. Fun!
