I fell off the wagon when my iPhone took the Big Swim in the laundry and could no longer count calories or use the pedometer to track calories burned. It turns out there's an Android version that runs on my 4 year old Samsung Galaxy SCH-1500 but it's about as into using the app as I am apparently.

Anyway, at weigh in the other day I was back up to 207 and decided to do something about it. Two weeks ago I went bike riding 3x that week, not pushing it but breaking plateaus for endurance. Last week was nuts though and couldn't ride because of this and that so I foolishly made up for it today by riding 30 miles in 4 hours. Even though I filled up my Camelback and took frequent drinks and rest breaks sweat was running down my face the whole time and the salt was stinging my eyes. Weigh in today was 202 and I know my electrolytes are depleted. I expect that I will probably gain a good 3-4 pounds through rehydration.

Hopefully tomorrow the weather and my legs will let me mow the lawn.

I fell off the wagon. Treadmill gives me vertigo, trouble walking outside with Pippa.
Today I convince her to take a walk. I was planning on half an hour. At the 20 minute point I offered to turn back. She said, " Daddy, lets go around the lake!"
I bet she won't say that again. I had to piggy back her the last 1/4 mile. Great bonding tho.

Default something ain't kosher here...

I weighed myself this morning after 2 caraffs of coffee and my morning constitutional as is my custom: 200.8.

Wha...?

Got off, turned the thing back on and stepped on it. Sometimes there's a difference, don't ask me why but this time still: 200.8.

So I took a shower and got back on: 201 soaking wet.

It has to be a blip. I'm not exercising, sleeping, counting calories or even eating right. Just sweating a lot more - and drinking more coffee.

Tune in tomorrow, I guess? Maybe there will be a correction?

199.8 this morning. Still not really working at it, but I'll take it. I should really be exercising and sleeping more though, so I just have that feeling you get when you go to get gas and it's a nickel a gallon cheaper than it was the day before. I think I'm going to start doing squats with 60 pounds in dumb bells. The sleep thing OTOH...zzzzzz

183.8 after shaving my balls, pick out belly lint, trim my nails, nose hairs.
